Integrated Catchment Management (ICM) is the coordinated planning and management of land, water, biodiversity, coasts and marine environments. The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) fund multiple ICM projects across Victoria.
We used the System of Environmental-Economic Accounting (SEEA) and The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity (TEEB) to develop and implement an accounting framework to support monitoring, evaluation and reporting of ICM projects.
